How to Register
- Obtain a username from Industry Canada registration.
- A user agreement (Terms of use — OSB E-Filing Service) — similar to the one you may have signed with your bank to allow online banking — must be signed and forwarded to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy by mail or fax. Please forward the user agreement to your Designated Assistant Superintendent.
