Questions related to legislative and regulatory amendments

The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (OSB) has received a large number of questions over the past few weeks related to the legislative and regulatory amendments. In order to facilitate a timely response to these questions, the OSB is asking that you contact your local OSB office regarding any questions related to the amendments.

The OSB will be translating and posting in the trustees section of its website a collection of frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to the amendments together with the responses. It will take some time, however, before we post the questions and answers on the website as all information posted must be approved and translated. You will be advised in due course by email when the FAQs page has been established. In the meantime, trustees are encouraged to share our responses in a more timely way via their own networks.
