Review of the Trustee Licensing Regulatory Framework

The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy invites you to share your views on its Trustee Licensing Regulatory Framework. From June 4 until July 5, you'll be able to share your comments and participate in a discussion forum at http://osb-licence.
econsultation.ca/
.

If you prefer, you will also have the option of downloading the consultation paper and sending a formal submission by email to nnanos@nanosresearch.com.

The consultation will cover issues such as dual licensing, specialized licences, annual licensing reports, licensing fees and the appointment of administrators of consumer proposals. Our objective is to ensure the licensing framework continues to support and promote the integrity of the insolvency system, is responsive to the changing environment in the insolvency marketplace, does not impose unreasonable constraints in terms of recruiting individuals to the trustee profession and, thereby, meets the high expectations of Canadian consumers and businesses.

Nanos Research will be facilitating the consultation. If you experience any problems accessing the site, registering, posting comments or submitting a formal submission, please contact Nanos Research at ksmith@nanosresearch.com.

Your perspectives, suggestions, ideas and submissions regarding the Trustee Licensing Regulatory Framework will be an important contribution to this review. We appreciate your interest and participation.
