Extension of the consultation period for the Review of the Trustee Licensing Regulatory Framework to September 14, 2010

Further to requests from stakeholders, please be advised that the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy will be extending the period of consultation for the Review of the Trustee Licensing Regulatory Framework to September 14, 2010. The OSB will proceed as follows:

Submissions by associations on behalf of members will be accepted until August 31, 2010
Associations may send formal submissions by email to OSB Consultation until August 31, 2010 inclusively.

The OSB will post the submissions received at http://osb.ic.gc.ca/consultations.

Individual comments will be accepted until September 14, 2010
Individual comments will be accepted by email from July 6, 2010 up until September 14, 2010.

Please note that comments received after July 5 will be posted as soon as possible on the OSB website. Also, all comments and submissions received prior to July 6 will be transferred from the initial consultation site to the OSB website during the week of July 12.
