In order to maintain an efficient and effective regulatory framework, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of Canada (OSB) is revisiting the Trustee Licensing Regulatory Framework.
The OSB received the input of stakeholders. Responses have been posted on the OSB's website unless it was specifically requested that they be kept confidential.
After several months of careful consideration of all comments and submissions received, as well as research on various policy implications, the OSB is publishing the results of the consultation, document which include highlights of the results, an analysis of various options and an outline of decisions made by the OSB regarding each issue.
