As you may know, Corporations Canada’s recently launched a new computer system. The launch of this system not only allowed us to introduce a number of features and improvements designed to meet the needs of our clients, it also gave us the opportunity to revise and update information and documents in a number of areas of our website. Among the most visible results of these revisions were the improvements we were able to make to the overall consistency of our certificates.
The following is a list of the Corporations Canada certificates which were slightly modified during this process:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Compliance
- Certificate of Amendment
- Certificate of Amalgamation
- Certificate of Dissolution
- Certificate of Existence
- Certificate of Continuance
- Restated Certificate of Incorporation
